Simon was born in Folkestone and practised in Canterbury and London. As head of the Litigation and Employment Department, he has over 20 years experience and is an accredited mediator with ADR Net. Simon has three children, has run three marathons for charity (very slowly) and if ever time allows, enjoys a round of golf.
